This day was constituted by Vidiyal Child Rights Movement, a decade ago. This year the children belonging to the Science Forum organized the ‘Observance of Nature Day for Children’ on the 18th December 2021. The theme of this year was ‘Milky Way and the Planets”. The leaders of Science Forum created ‘SPACE’ in one of the rooms at Vidiyal’s main centre. Children were so excited to see stars and planets in the Milky Way and they asked so many questions about the planets. The various children’s forums were asked to make a model of one planet of their choice. There were few fun games on the theme which the children enjoyed participating. The floor was filled with lots of excitement when two boys disguised themselves like aliens and arrived from a planet. Vidiyal nurtures children with values like ‘environment protection and conservation of nature’.
