On 21.07.2024 a Tamil Film titled ‘Vedham Puthithu’ was screened at the Image Medua Club. As this was the first club meet after the elections of Vidiyal Child Rights Movement, many new children joined as members in the club. Dr.Jim Jesudoss enabled them to objectives of the Media Club and taught them how to analyse a film and rank it objectively. Children enjoyed watching the film and after doing a critical appraisal of the central plot, screen play, cinematography, editing, acting, dialogues and music they ranked the film as ‘Very Good film’ on a five scale. Film critique develops critical thinking in children and enhances their potential in digital media skills.
