The grand finale of Jolly Camp 2025 unfolded with excitement and pride, as children gathered for the last day celebrations. The day’s theme, Samoohathin Eluchi – The Rise of Community, was reflected in every moment. The story of the day was shared by Ms. Mareeswari, and the song for the day was composed by Mr. Thiruselvan and sung by Mr. James.

The morning began with the inspection of all class groups by Mr. Parasuraman, Mr. Muthuganesh from Olirum Muhangal, and Ms. Helen Kani Priya, a well wisher of Vidiyal. Their encouraging presence and keen observation added value and a sense of pride to the final day.

Following the inspection, final rehearsals got underway for karate, silambattam, and gymnastics. The children, eager and full of energy, prepared to showcase what they had learned over the past ten days. The evening program began at 5 PM, and the atmosphere was electric.

A powerful karate performance opened the celebration, followed by a spirited silambattam and a dynamic gymnastics display. Parents and friends cheered with joy and admiration as the children demonstrated strength and enthusiasm.

The program then moved indoors to the Vidiyal Training Centre, where the girls performed Lazim and Kummi dances. Following this, each team sang a song of their choice. The intermediate group presented a meaningful skit based on their camp learnings, and the seniors closed the performances with a thought-provoking mime on the learnings from jolly camp.

The day culminated in the prize distribution ceremony, where awards were handed out to acknowledge efforts, spirit, and achievements across the camp. The moment everyone had been waiting for arrived – Junior D was declared the Overall Champion of Jolly Camp 2025.
