On 14th September 2025, Vidiyal hosted its Quarterly Training for Staff and Volunteers at the Vidiyal Training Centre. The full-day session focused on “An Introduction to the Constitution of India.”

The day began with an inspiring opening song by Mr. Arul from Vanmuhil, Tirunelveli, which set a lively and thoughtful tone. The first two sessions were led by Mr. Ganesan, human rights activist, advocate, and consultant for Vanmuhil. He guided participants through a deep understanding of the Preamble of the Constitution of India and the importance of Fundamental Rights, connecting the content to real-life issues faced in society.

The following session, facilitated by Mr. Arul, introduced books published for children to simplify the Constitution of India. He also shared how Vanmuhil and Sakthi-Vidiyal could collaborate to spread constitutional awareness among children.

Throughout the day, participants reflected on the discussions, shared feedback, and were inspired by meaningful songs presented during each session that highlighted social challenges and broken systems.

The training provided rich insights and strengthened the collective resolve to pass on constitutional values to children in creative and accessible ways.
