Training programme on ‘Mentoring Skills for Social Workers involved in Child Care and Development’

A training programme was organized for our staff and volunteers on 24.03.2024 on the above topic at our Vidiyal campus at Muthupatti. Ms.Rukmani a counsellor cum trainer from Topkids Madurai facilitated the sessions along with Dr.Gokul. Our team learnt the concept of ‘Mentoring’ and the skills associated with it with lots of interest.
