On 13th September 2025, the first-year volunteer training program continued at the Vidiyal Training Centre with a full-day session facilitated by Dr. G. Sharmila Jim on the theme “Being a Role Model and Being Polite.”
The session encouraged volunteers to reflect on their own behavior and attitudes, followed by activities that highlighted the importance of setting a positive example for children. Each participant shared personal reflections, making the training deeply engaging and meaningful.
This session was part of the ongoing 22-session training series aimed at equipping first-year volunteers with essential skills, values, and sensitivity needed to work with children effectively.
