Vidiyal believes in developing the potential of staff and volunteers who play a significant role in protecting the rights of our children. This quarter on the —- we organized a one day programme on “Developing Facilitating Skills”. We utilized the in-house resource and enabled the staff and volunteers to gain insight about their self. We always make the learning enjoyable and activity based.
Annual Staff and Volunteers get together
As a token of reward for the hard work staff and volunteers put in for the welfare and development of children for the whole year the management of Sakthi – Vidiyal provides an opportunity for them to enjoy and relax in a nice environment. Staff and volunteers shared lighter moments and it was a wonderful evening at Hotel Royal Court on the ——— . The best smile award was also presented to staff on a happy note.
