by / No Comments / 3 View / August 25, 2025

On 12th August 2025, at the Vidiyal Main Centre, Jaihindpuram, a special feast was organized for the elderly as part of Vidiyal’s community-based intervention. The gathering was filled with warmth and togetherness, as the elderly were served a hearty meal and given essential kits as a token of care and support.

Adding colour to the celebration, the elderly themselves came forward with joyful performances, including traditional kummiattam and melodious songs, which brought smiles and laughter to everyone present. The event not only honoured their presence in the community but also highlighted their spirit and vitality. Vidiyal, through such initiatives, continues to foster respect, dignity, and intergenerational bonding at the community level.
