Ripple Circle & Image Media Club – July 20, 2025 The Ripple Circle for the month was held on the morning of 20th July at the Vidiyal Training Centre. The session was facilitated by Mr. Karthick, a human rights activist, who engaged the children in a powerful and interactive discussion on the police system. The session explored important questions like “Who are the police?” and “Is police beating right or wrong?” Children also learned about their rights in a police station and how to respond appropriately in such environments.
In the afternoon, the children participated in the Image Media Club. They watched the movie Nandan, which was followed by a review and critique session. The children shared their opinions, observations, and thoughtful reflections on the film’s content and message. The media club session was facilitated by Mr. Jesley Priyadharshan. The day ended with a collective reflection led by the children, where they shared their learnings, thoughts, and how they connected with the sessions.
